Holiday Artisan Fair at Bolton Spring Farm — Call for Artists 

Thank you for your interest in being part of our Holiday Artisan Fair! This festive outdoor market is a curated celebration of creativity, community, and holiday spirit, set against the scenic backdrop of one of New England’s oldest orchards.

We’re looking for artists, makers, and craftspeople whose work reflects care, originality, and quality craftsmanship. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear more.

Please complete the application below. We’ll respond on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 to inform all artists who will be part of the Holiday Artisan Fair event.

📅 Sunday, November 16, 2025
🕙 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
📍 Bolton Spring Farm | 149 Main Street, Bolton, Massachusetts 01740.

• Set-up is from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. All booths must be fully ready by 10:00 AM.
• If it is more convenient, Vendors can set up their tents and tables on Friday or Saturday afternoon.
• Breakdown begins at 3:30 PM — no early departures, please.
• Booth space is $50 and includes a 12x12 area (plenty of breathing room for your 10x10 booth).
• Artisans must provide their own tent, tent weights, tables, and chairs (white pop-ups are preferred, but not required).
• Electricity is not available.
• We do not accept booth location requests, unless you have an accessibility need.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
• This is an outdoor event on a working farm. While the field is mostly flat, please be prepared for uneven terrain, mud, or other weather-related conditions.
• The average temperature in Bolton on November 19 is 51°F — dress in layers and bring warm gear.
• Portable bathrooms will be available on site.
• Vendor parking is free. Final parking details and booth assignments will be sent the week before the event.
• Booth payments are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled due to severe weather.
• This is a rain, shine, or snow event (but fingers crossed for sunshine!).

​Make your way to the Artisan fair, you won’t be disappointed.

Being a part of the Fair was a privilege and an honor. This was a curated fair that highlighted artisans with a deep care for their work. Unlike other fairs I have been a part of that were focused on filling spots and making money. There was more at work here and THAT energy made it as successful as it was. Like attracts like. I was lucky to meet incredibly kind people and wish the organization and all those that brought it to life all the very best
